We provide a caring service for all overseas customers. This includes ensuring all paperwork is correct, the use of reliable freight forwarders and taking an interest in your project.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE & FREIGHT
Our shopping cart system will allow you to buy many products for shipping outside of Australia. In most cases the international freight/postage is pre calculated.
HOWEVER certain heavy items may have additional postage/freight charges. These will be applied to your credit card as a separate charge, but we will inform you first. Marine Direct assumes no responsibility for any items lost in post. Items can be sent by registered mail or courier at additional expense.
PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Our company policy is to receive payment BEFORE goods are shipped. We accept direct telegraphic transfer and VISA and Mastercard. Goods are generally shipped on the same day payment is made. For expensive items such as engines that are made to order, we may ask for a goodwill deposit.
If you use an international credit card we will ask for a copy of the front side of your credit card and also your drivers licence or passport. This protects the customer, ourselves and prevents fraud. It is also our bank's requirement!
