Gearbox selection:  We can supply matched Twin Disc, PRM or ZF gearboxes and fit these at our factory.  Alternatively we can fit your existing gearbox.
 

The 6068S, 6081A & 6125A engines feature an electronically controlled fuel system.

• All engine packages are supplied with the following:

• Fitted single stage air cleaner

• 12 volt electrical system – not above earth / insulated earth return

• Energised to stop fuel solenoid (6068S, 6081A & 6125A ETR)

• Water injected exhaust elbow (heat exchanger cooled builds except 6125A)

• Gear driven seawater pump (heat exchanger cooled builds only)

• dry exhaust elbow (keel cooled builds only & 6125A builds)

•  Fitted engine wiring harness

•  Extension harness

• Instrument panel – supplied loose, fitted with: Tachometer,  Hourmeter, Oil pressure gauge, Engine temperature gauge,  Engine voltmeter, Low oil pressure audible alarm, High engine temperature audible alarm,  Low battery volts audible alarm,  Load factor & Diagnostics gauge (6068S, 6081A & 6125A)

4045 Series

Smart and durable, this 4-cylinder, 4.5L diesel engine has a compact design for easy installation. Fewer external connections means fewer hoses or fittings that could leak or break. Internal balancers offer low noise and vibration for crew comfort.

6068 Series

Designed for efficiency, this 6-cylinder, 6.8L diesel engine delivers higher torque at a low-rated rpm to turn larger propellers at lower speeds.

6081 Series

This 8.1L, 6-cylinder diesel engine has a low rpm rating that limits vibration and noise. Direct top-liner cooling reduces the temperature by as much as 100° F (38° C) for extended reliability. Optional auxiliary drive can power wash-down pumps, hydraulic oil pumps, or air compressors.

6125 Series Tier 2 Emissions

This 6-cylinder, 12.5L diesel engine has the power for your most demanding applications. Direct top-liner cooling reduces the temperature by as much as 100° F (38° C) for extended reliability. Power additional pumps or compressors with the optional auxiliary drive.
