The Reelax tag line kit contains everything needed to set-up a sophisticated tag line. Note the inclusion of the double corks - one per line is usually enough, but some anglers like two. 

By the way, to guarantee a quick clean break from the rubber band, the top crews often run a further line from the tip of the outrigger back to the bow of the boat - it really stiffens the action of the outrigger.
