OzeFridge Eutectic Systems are small refrigeration systems to provide refrigeration to existing or new cabinets or iceboxes. 

• Typically suited to providing galley refrigeration or freezing aboard yachts and other pleasure craft or mobile situations.  

• Simple design and installation!  Suitable for upgrades to existing coolboxes.

These systems are available as a complete package, evacuated, pre-gassed with R134a refrigerant gas and controlled with the exclusive digital management control system. 

They are dispatched via Australia Post or Star Track Express world-wide, complete and ready to install as a simple DIY project with the aid of the comprehensive Installation and User Manual.  (For transport reasons, the eutectic fluid is not included, but is readily available.)

There are three models available.  The same compressor system is used, however the eutectic tank size differs.  The larger the eutectic tank, the longer the ability to keep the coolbox cold.

• Small-  Tank size 32cm x 26cm x  8cm plus 15mm mounting flange top and bottom.
• Medium- Tank size 45cm x 30cm x 11cm plus 15mm mounting flange top and bottom.
• Large- Plate size 50cm x 37cm x  3cm overall as mounting holes are in each corner.

Locating and fitting the Eutectic System:

The diagram below indicates a typical installation. A hole is prepared in the cabinet wall for the pipes to exit then the Eutectic tank or plate is fixed to the cabinet interior and filled with eutectic solution. The C150 condensing unit is located in a suitable space and the pipe couplings are then connected. The system is now ready to power up and operate. The 12 page manual supplied describes the installation process and system settings in detail.

Optional Water Cooling:

If your boat is operating in exceptionally hot environment, an optional water cooling system is available.  This kit can be retrofitted at a later date to any existing system.   It is only required in the most exceptional circumstances.

The Pump connection is simple and could include a galley faucet as indicated in the diagram below.
