If you have lost the program in your Merlin II, we can re-program it for
you.

Please do the following:

1. Install new batteries
2. Prepare an envelope addressed to:

3. Reprogramming costs $55. Postage within Australia is $7. ($62) Postage
outside Australia is $20. ($75)

4. Order ONE unit of Merlin reprogramming. It will all work happily for you!

5. Include the confirmation order number or a print out of the receipt.

6. Place in envelope with Merlin and post and post it to our MARINE DIRECT BOOK WAREHOUSE (above). Please DO NOT post it to our administration office (the address that appears on the invoice.)

(Our turn around time is 24 hours. Postage to Europe takes 7-10 days.)

Postage is $9 for standard post or $20 for overnight courier delivery. High value orders may incur additional costs as we sometimes require a signature on delivery. Your credit card is charged at the time of ordering. If we are unable to supply a book, we may offer alternatives, ship the other items ordered and/or refund your card too. You can return any book in "pristine" condition suitable for resale- a return authorisation is required from us.
