So what is the difference between the PRO 900Express and PRO 900 Mighty and which one is right for me?
Choosing between the PRO 900Express and PRO 900Mighty depends on your boating needs and currently existing anchor rode set-up. The 900 series have the same motor but a different gear ratio. This means that the PRO 900Express, as the name suggests, has a faster retrieval speed but relatively lighter working load capacity. The PRO 900Mighty can take on a larger load but a relatively slower retrieval speed. Again, South Pacific windlasses allow you to choose the suitable windlass for your customized boating needs.
